Job Description
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, preparing analyses and decision-making materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives
- Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and buying performance reports to support informed decision-making
- Drive effective communication and governance within the Buying department by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring organizational alignment
- Identify and implement process improvements across buying operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Own and support key operational buying processes, ensuring high data quality and smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain and further develop buying documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives
- Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional requests and support teams and leadership with clear structures, frameworks, and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- A proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
- The ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
