About the role   As a C&B Specialist, you are responsible for managing compensation and benefits processes accurately and on time, including payroll data, employee benefits, statutory insurance, PIT, and related reports. You ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while supporting employees and improving C&B procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
