Job Description

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside an experienced team installing custom storage solutions including:

• Walk-in closets
• Home offices
• Entertainment units
• Pantries
• Mudrooms
• Garage storage systems
• Wall beds
• And other custom-designed spaces

Every day you’ll help transform our clients’ homes while delivering the premium service and craftsmanship California Closets is known for.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing custom cabinetry and storage systems
• Reading and interpreting installation drawings
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensuring products are installed accurately and professionally
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Providing exceptional customer service in client homes
• Working independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

We’re less concerned about whether you’ve installed closets before and more interested in who you are as a person.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have experience using hand and power tools
• Enjoy working with your hands and building things
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoy solving problems and learning new skills
• Work well independently and with a team
• Are dependable and professional
• Enjoy interacting with customers
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, construction, renovations, furniture assembly, flooring, millwork, maintenance, or related trades is an asset—but not required.

We provide full training for the right candidate.
