- 接聽客人來電以解答客人的查詢，當中包括：貸款申請、訂單跟進、審批結果等…
- 為客人提供最新的貸款優惠及市場資訊
- 如客人有興趣申請貸款，可安排客人上公司辦理手續
- 主動建立和保持良好的客戶關係，時刻為客人提供專業意見
- HKCEE / HKDSE 程度或以上, 資歷架構級別Level 2
- 最少有兩年以上的電話銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗
- 如無經驗者，唯性格外向、對工作充滿熱誠、積極進取、有責任感亦可
- 具良好的表達能力、說話技巧、銷售及顧客服務技巧更佳
- 能即時上班者將優先考慮
