Job Description

1/ Admin chi nhánh:

-        Liên hệ mua các mặt hàng phục vụ cho hoạt động Chi nhánh: văn phòng phẩm, sữa, bánh, nước, canteen…

-        Hỗ trợ công tác tổ chức sự kiện cho Chi nhánh

2/ Hỗ trợ Team CS- Report- ASM- regis

-        In ấn/ gửi/ upload/ theo dõi thời hạn hợp đồng khách hàng

-        Trả chai/ trả dụng cụ cho khách hàng

-        Theo dõi và xác nhận chuyến do các đơn vị vận chuyển thực hiện (hàng ngày)

-        Đóng dấu kết quả, đóng kìa gửi thư kết quả, theo dõi bill gửi thư, xác nhận bảng kê thư cuối tháng

-        Theo dõi giấy in kết quả, đặt giấy in kết quả

3/ Hỗ trợ khâu nhận mẫu, regis mẫu

-        Nhận diện, chụp hình mẫu

-        Hỗ trợ đăng ký mẫu vào hệ thống

-        Lưu mẫu, đóng mẫu gửi đi cho vận chuyển

Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao đẳng các chuyên ngành Thực phẩm, Hóa, Sinh học
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 3 tháng trở lên trong linh vự có liên quan đến mô tả công việc
• Anh văn cơ bản
• Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng khá
