This role is ideal for someone with previous real estate administration experience who canΒ confidently manage tasks independently, communicate professionally, and thrive in a fast-pacedΒ environment.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Administration
β Managing contracts and e-signatures
β Organizing offers and preparing offer summaries
β Coordinating showing feedback by contacting brokerages and agents
β Managing emails and client communication
β Preparing listings and listing documentation
β Researching zoning, taxes, township regulations, and municipality information
β Updating CRM systems and maintaining organized records
Marketing & Content Support
β Creating feature sheets, ads, and marketing materials in Canva
β Assisting with social media content and scheduling
β Basic video editing for YouTube and marketing clips
β Website updates using Wix
β Supporting blog posts and digital marketing tasks during slower periods
