As a CCE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, handling inbound customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions. • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BFSI environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
