Time Requirements:
This position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Travel Requirements:
Local travel will be heavy at times. International travel will be required from time to time.
Position Duties:
Execute all Center operations in complete alignment with Vapor Ministries' vision, mission and values.
1. Strategy Implementation
- Lead center team to completely align with and advance the Int’l Operations Primary Strategies.
- Monitor progress against the plan and hold the leadership team accountable for the advancement and execution of Primary Strategies.
- Ensure each department develops and executes effective goals that align with Int’l Primary and Seasonal strategic objectives.
2. Cultural Adherence
- Advance Vapor Ministries Mission, Vision, and Cultural Alignment by inspiring staff to pursue values-aligned missional execution
- Continually recast our vision, mission & values while Overseeing staff and managers’ cultural development.
- Hold center staff members accountable for the integrity of vision and values-aligned execution of our mission
3. Spiritual Health
- Model spiritual maturity and promote team managers to do the same.
- Teach and train all center team members in spiritual formation.
- Lead/Oversee the morning center devotions.
- Take responsibility for the overall spiritual health of the center.
4. Capital Oversight
- Assist the regional office, in developing annual budgets for all center operations.
- Manage monthly and weekly cash requests and ensure financial management and controls are being followed by all staff in strict accordance with Vapor Ministries guidelines. (valid receipts, payment methods, etc.).
- Provide training needed for staff to effectively fulfill their roles while overseeing their career track development.
- Ensure staff knows and understand all center policies.
- Ensure all properties within the center are well maintained and needed repairs are made promptly.
- Support the Regional Project Coordinator to ensure the successful completion of all capital projects at the center.
5. Managerial & Relationship Development
- Managerial Development
- Train, coach, mentor and provide accountability to the center leadership team.
- Provide activities and programs that will improve the skills, abilities, and confidence of the Center leadership team.
- Oversee career track for the Center leadership team.
- Oversee all center leadership team (position duties and responsibilities) training.
- Manage Key Relationships by developing and maintaining professional interactions with (key churches, school teachers and administrators, key vendors, civic leaders, and other relevant organizations within the community.
