Role Summary :
Support organizational and technology transformation initiatives by driving stakeholder engagement, adoption, communication, training, and change readiness activities using Prosci Change Management principles and the ADKAR framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
- Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and adoption plans.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and sponsors to drive successful transformation outcomes.
- Identify and proactively mitigate resistance and adoption risks.
- Monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business and delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles and organizational transformation.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and manage senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Technically adept, with the ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into clear business outcomes and adoption strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations, challenging constructively, and driving consensus.
- Ability to create high-quality executive content, communications, training materials, and leadership presentations.
- Proven ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders on content, delivery approach, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
Mandatory Certification:
- Prosci Change Management Certification is mandatory. Candidates must be certified in the Prosci Change Management Methodology and ADKAR Framework.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Project Delivery, Business Consulting, or a related field.
