Description du poste
- Gestion de la relation client : accueil des abonnés et traitement des demandes (dossiers fuites, abonnement au service, interrogation sur les factures, etc.)
- Traitement des ordres d’intervention (avec analyse des données de consommation)
- Facturation : de la campagne de relevé à l'émission de la facture et son encaissement
- Interface entre le service clientèle et les équipes techniques
- Gestion des impayés
Qualifications
- BTS NDRC ou équivalent
- 1ère expérience (inclus alternance)
- Bon sens de la relation client, écoute, adaptabilité
- Capacité de travail avec d'autres services, rigoureux(se), autonomie
