Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief Contracts Expert (K1) is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Report to Team Leader
• Shall prepare, review, study and analyse the tender drawings, estimate and BOQ which is prepared as part of the tender
• Prepare the draft contracts or agreements for each of the works, goods and services contracts to be awarded for implementation of the Project
• Assist the Authority in bid procurement and management
• Attend pre-bid clarification meetings and finalize contract agreements and related documents for each contract
• Shall monitor the progress of contractors and vendors work, contracts, measure performance against the Project schedule and Project budget, manage changeorders, advise on site organizational and execution problems, advise on claims management and provide regular reports to the Authority
• Shall review and approve contractors’ invoices against accuracy of work done prior to submission to the Authority for final review and processing
• Other tasks that would be assigned by the Team Leader

Profile/Skills

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Shall have a minimum total experience of 20 years. Out of which minimum 07 years of experience shall be relevant to the present assignment. Out of which shall have at least 03 years of experience in the rank of proposed position or one position below.
• Shall have at least 2 years of continuous working experience in a single relevant project.
