About this role
Unser Auftraggeber ist ein bedeutendes, international tätiges Industrieunternehmen im Raum Salzburg. Derzeit suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Chief Financial Officer (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Gesamtverantwortung fĂĽr Finanzen, Controlling und Reporting, IT und HR
- Weiterentwicklung der Finanzstrategie sowie Umsetzung eines verlässlichen Planungs- und Steuerungssystems
- Optimierung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Transparenz im Finanzbereich
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Entscheidungen
- Steuerung des Liquiditäts- und Working-Capital-Managements
- Kommunikation mit Banken, WirtschaftsprĂĽfern und weiteren externen Stakeholdern
- FĂĽhrung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Finanzteams
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich (z. B. CFO, kaufmännische Leitung, Finance Director)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling, Accounting und strategische Unternehmenssteuerung
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie in der Stärkung von Finanzorganisationen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Lösungsorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
