Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief Planning & Scheduling Expert (K1) is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Report to Team Leader
• Review of existing contract documents
• Preparation of work schedule for each contract
• Review of the plans & schedules provided by the contractors along with resource deployment
• Preparation and updating of the work schedule taking progress inputs from the project managers and reporting to Team Leader/ the Authority
• Shall monitor the progress of contractors and vendors work, contracts, measure performance against the Project schedule and Project budget, manage change orders, advise on site organizational and execution problems, advise on claims management relating to work schedule
• Other tasks that would be assigned by the Team Leader

Profile/Skills

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Shall have a minimum total experience of 20 years. Out of which minimum 07 years of experience shall be relevant to the present assignment. Out of which shall have at least 03 years of experience in the rank of proposed position or one position below
• Shall have at least 2 years of continuous working experience in a single relevant project
