Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief Resident Engineer for Viaduct & Stations Phase 2B and Phase 3 is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Oversee day-to-day execution of viaduct and station civil works, ensuring adherence to design and specifications.
• Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship to meet safety and engineering standards.
• Ensure contractors comply with contractual obligations, timelines, and approved methodologies.
• Act as the key link between project management, contractors, consultants, and government authorities for viaduct and station works.
• Track construction schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Address technical challenges, site constraints, and unforeseen problems with practical solutions.
• Prepare regular progress reports, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.

Profile/Skills

• He/She should be Graduate in Engineering.
• He/She should have minimum 23 Years of experience.
• He/She should have minimum 7 Years of relevant experience.
