We are looking for professional truck drivers to join us and become part of our Arrow family in Saskatoon. As an Arrow driver, you will be hauling steel products on super-B flat decks or tridem trucks within the city of Saskatoon.

Responsibilities
- Oversee cargo handling and secure loads, including equipment preparation, application of safe practices, compliance with applicable Acts and Regulations
- Perform pre and post and en route trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, road-worthiness and regulatory compliance
- Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation, load securement, driver's hours of service, occupational health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, and weights and dimensions
- Comply with all rules and regulations, protocols and established metrics
- Efficiently maneuver truck and trailer(s) into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew as needed; check that vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned
- May operate loading equipment as per role requirements
- Check mobile equipment (i.e. frontend loaders) to ensure that mechanical and safety equipment is in good working order
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles to the relevant supervisor
- Report all safety hazards or conditions encountered at load, unload, yard and shop sites
- Record, Maintain and Check all relevant paperwork (i.e. bill of lading,) and documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurateÂ
- Operate equipment such as truck cab computers, CB radios, and telephones to exchange necessary information with bases, supervisors, or other drivers
- Complete electronic and/or manual logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable provincial and federal regulations
- Communicate effectively and courteously with the public, customers, and co-workers
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
- Perform periodic inspections before, during, and after delivery to ensure that load is properly fastened down and is secure
- Ensure that material is properly protected from the outdoor elements. Tarping loads may be a requirement
- Ensure that any debris caused by the loading/unloading of truck is cleaned up
- Provide feedback to supervisor/dispatch regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
- Ensure that all customers, co-workers and the public are dealt with professionally and with respect
- Train others as required

You Possess
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement and a clean driver’s abstract
- Previous B-Train and winter driving experience driving is required
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and provide two job references
- Ability to drive a standard (manual) transmission
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written, for safe work execution, documentation, and coordination with dispatch and site personnel
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs overhead, 75 lbs to shoulder height, moving up to 100 lbs, and sitting for extended periods
- Ability to take direction, work independently with minimal supervision, and cross‑train across facility functions
- Basic understanding of vehicle and trailer maintenance
- Strong safety, quality, and organizational mindset, including task prioritization and meeting timelines
