Manage assigned territory of new and existing clients to include service, profitability and account retention. Develop and maintain a business relationship with all account personnel involved with the State National Companies program including, but not limited to, C & V levels. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence and follow-up. Primary point of contact for assigned accounts with ultimate responsibility for overall client satisfaction and delivery of the State National Value Proposition.Manage assigned territory of new and existing Finance clients to include service, profitability and account retention. Develop and maintain a business relationship with all account personnel involved with the State National Companies program including, but not limited to, C & V levels.
