• 0.6 FTE, Ongoing, Flexibility to work your preferred days between Monday and Thursday, with Wednesdays required

As our Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead, you'll play a dual role as an experienced clinician and trusted leader. You'll support children with developmental delay and disability to achieve their goals while coaching and mentoring Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care. This is an opportunity to shape both individual outcomes and service excellence, creating positive change for children, families and clinicians alike.

Your role, your impact

• Deliver exceptional therapy services to children aged 0–12 years with developmental delay and disability across clinic, home, kindergarten, childcare and school settings
• Lead child and family-centred practice through comprehensive assessments, intervention planning and therapeutic supports
• Build capability within families and support networks through coaching, education and practical strategies that support participation and independence
• Manage a clinical caseload while achieving meaningful outcomes for children and families
• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to Occupational Therapists and students, fostering professional growth and best practice
• Coach and mentor clinicians through consultation, guided practice, reflective learning and capacity-building activities
• Champion evidence-informed practice and support continuous improvement across the Occupational Therapy service
• Support clinical governance activities including audits, risk management, quality improvement and compliance initiatives
• Assist with service coordination including client allocation, waitlist management and service planning
• Build consistency and excellence across the team by supporting high-quality documentation, resources and clinical processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated, coordinated supports that make a genuine difference

Who we're looking for
You'll bring a combination of clinical expertise, leadership capability and a passion for helping children and families achieve their goals.

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring and support to Occupational Therapists and students
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based Occupational Therapy practice for children with developmental delay and disability
• Experience supporting children and families using family-centred approaches
• Strong understanding of child development and its application to therapeutic practice
• Experience coordinating clinical systems, governance activities and service delivery processes
• Highly developed relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with children, families, carers, educators and stakeholders
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High-quality documentation, reporting and administrative skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and client management systems
