We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to lead the operations of our healthcare facility in Ciujung, Indonesia. In this role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality patient care, drive operational excellence, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management.
• Lead, supervise, and develop clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Manage clinic budgets, operational planning, and resource utilization to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor clinic performance, analyze operational data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Manage patient concerns and ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor).
• Minimum 2 years experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinic operations.
• Experience in budgeting, operational planning, and resource management.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), healthcare management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
