About this role
Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist, also referred to as a Clinic Receptionist or Hospital Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional clinic experience. This position supports daily front office operations by answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring required paperwork is completed.Â
Shifts Available: Days Â
Employment Type:Â Full TimeÂ
Hours: 8-hour shift – 7:30am to 3:30pmÂ
Location: Dallas Medical Physician Group – Dallas, TXÂ

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):Â
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional mannerÂ
- Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriatelyÂ
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocolsÂ
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policyÂ
- Assist with paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or special projects as assignedÂ
