Job Description

We're looking for an Associate Director of Sales to join our dynamic sales organization in Mysuru, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll drive commercial excellence while building and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You'll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes customer success and sustainable revenue growth. • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and commercially focused culture through coaching, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management
• Drive achievement of annual sales revenue targets across all assigned segments, ensuring strong profitability and sustainable commercial outcomes
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow business, maximize assigned accounts, and identify new revenue opportunities in the marketplace
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management, contract negotiations, and client engagement while securing new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to optimize demand, pricing strategies, forecasting, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing initiatives, and the development of new revenue strategies
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance through regular evaluation of sales activity, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and ad hoc commercial reporting
• Champion continuous improvement in the customer experience by overseeing client feedback, service recovery initiatives, and maintaining awareness of market conditions and competitor activity
• Deputize for senior leadership as required, representing the sales department in meetings and presenting business performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Ensure effective utilization of sales systems and CRM tools, maintaining data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and compliance with reporting standards
