Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.To be successful in this role, you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high-quality healthcare.

  • Passes and picks up meal trays and provides additional nutritional support as needed.
  • Responsible for ADL activities including turning or position change, bathing, grooming, linen changes, toileting and ambulation.
  • Observes vital signs and records intake and output. Reports any abnormal findings or changes in patient condition or mentation to the RN.
  • Responds to call lights/alarms and rounds on a regular basis to ensure patient needs are met.

Shift: 6pm - 6:30am

Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue

Job Requirements

Required

  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program
  • Oregon CNA License
  • AHA BLS within 30 days

Preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in a hospital setting
  • Six (6) months related work experience
