About this role
- Melakukan Monitor terhadap performa Business Partner Collection (BPC /Field Collector) dilapangan
- Melakukan rekap, dan pendataan dari hasil performa BPC di lapangan
- Melakukan pendampingan, arahan dan intruksi untuk tujuan collection kepada BPC di lapangan
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan BM dan AM terkait performa BPC dan pemenuhan tujuan collection di Point atau Area tersebut
- Melakukan koordinasi dan laporan terhadap perkembangan BPC baik secara administrasi, kedisiplinan dan perfroma kepada atasan
- Melakukan koordinasi terhadap aktifitas keseluruhan BPC di point kepada Regional People Partner dan Team Lead
- Melakukan Analisa terhadap alur proses BPC dan hal pendukung untuk kinerja BPC dan mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead
- Melakukan targeting dan analisa aktivitas BPC serta mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead
- Berpengalaman bekerja di lapangan minimal 1 tahun
- Posisi terakhir sebagai Team Leader/Coordinator/Supervisor
- Etika dan etos kerja yang baik serta berorientasi pada target
- Mencerminkan performa kerja yang baik di pengalaman kerjanya
- Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di seluruh Sumatera Utara
