SHIFT PATTERN: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
CONTRACT: 3 months fixed time contract

Role PurposeÂ
To manage, validate, and optimise supplier rebates and commercial income streams, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and timely recovery of all due revenue.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Rebate ManagementÂ
- Track and calculate supplier rebates in line with contractual agreementsÂ
- Maintain a centralised rebate tracker across all suppliers and business unitsÂ
- Ensure all rebate opportunities are captured and maximisedÂ
- Validation & ReconciliationÂ
- Reconcile supplier statements against internal data (spend, volume, pricing)Â
- Identify discrepancies and challenge suppliers where requiredÂ
- Ensure accurate accruals and recovery of incomeÂ
- Contract & Commercial SupportÂ
- Review supplier contracts to extract rebate terms and conditionsÂ
- Support procurement teams in structuring commercially beneficial agreementsÂ
- Ensure rebate mechanisms are clearly defined and enforceableÂ
- Stakeholder ManagementÂ
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teamsÂ
- Provide regular reporting on rebate performance and recovery statusÂ
- Support senior stakeholders with insights on supplier incomeÂ
- Reporting & AnalysisÂ
- Produce monthly reports on:Â
- Rebates earned vs receivedÂ
- Outstanding claimsÂ
- Forecasted incomeÂ
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvementÂ
- Process Improvement & GovernanceÂ
- Develop and standardise rebate tracking processesÂ
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and complianceÂ
- Reduce revenue leakage through improved controlsÂ
Key Skills & ExperienceÂ
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skillsÂ
- Experience in commercial finance, procurement, or supplier managementÂ
- Ability to interpret contracts and commercial termsÂ
- High attention to detail and accuracyÂ
- Strong Excel / data analysis capabilityÂ
- Confident stakeholder management and ability to challenge suppliersÂ
DesirableÂ
- Experience with rebate/income tracking in FM or procurement environmentsÂ
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Â
- Understanding of ESG-linked rebates or sustainability incentivesÂ

- % of rebates recovered vs contractedÂ
- Reduction in missed or unclaimed rebatesÂ
- Accuracy of reporting and accrualsÂ
- Timeliness of claims and reconciliationsÂ
