Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and build your own business by establishing client relationships and filling their vacancies with top talent.
- Consultancy:Â Deliver top-tier talent to clients while serving as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on their hiring needs.
- Client Acquisition:Â Actively seek out and establish new client connections through proactive phone outreach and networking.
- Candidate Sourcing:Â Identify, recruit, and qualify candidates to match client needs, and effectively present opportunities to them.
- Account Management:Â Develop and maintain relationships on the client and candidate side.
- Deal Negotiation:Â Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and candidates.
- Candidate Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

What You Bring
- Motivation and Ambition:Â You thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to grow.
- Experience:Â While sales experience is a plus, it is not required. Experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous.
- Communication Skills:Â Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is highly desirable. If not, minimum one year full time of relevant B2B sales or recruitment experience with near-native English proficiency is required.
- Location:Â You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate.
