As a Chef de Rang at our esteemed hotel restaurant, you will be a vital part of delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will be an essential member of our Restaurant team, responsible for providing attentive service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every meal is a memorable occasion. If you are a passionate and experienced professional with a flair for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, this is your moment. 

Main duties: 

• Table Preparation and Maintenance: Setting and clearing tables with precision and style, ensuring all necessary equipment, crockery, and cutlery are prepared; 

• Guest Service Support: Assisting the Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang in serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests receive courteous, prompt, and efficient service; 

• Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the dining areas and service stations, including cleaning duties as per rota; 

• Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, assisting them with seating, and anticipating their needs. 

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is beneficial; 

• A strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and dedication to high standards of service; 

• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to service and presentation; 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team; 

• Flexibility to handle changing situations and work efficiently under pressure; 

• A Good knowledge of English and Italian is beneficial; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus. 

• Training and development opportunities;
