Job Description
Content Creation & Social Media
Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
Create visuals, videos, and captions that highlight product features, benefits, and heritage stories.
Stay up-to-date on skincare trends to create timely, relevant content for daily stories and weekly posts.
Brand Storytelling
Collaborate with the team to communicate the brand’s mission, values, and unique selling points through marketing campaigns.
Share stories behind the ingredients, rituals, and cultural inspirations tied to Herveda’s products.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, or special events.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations.
Support in developing all communication materials such as one-pagers, vacancy announcements, company notices, story labels for each product, blogs, vlogs and press releases.
Customer Engagement
Respond to comments and DMs to foster a strong, engaged online community.
Collect feedback and testimonials from customers and integrate it into marketing strategies.
Event Coordination
Assist in coordinating brand events (product launch parties, pop-up events) and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Data & Analytics
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify what resonates most with the audience.
Recommend improvements for content, campaigns, and social media engagement.
Brand Strategy
Support in developing sales and marketing strategies according to growth plans of the company
Qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in management or graphic design
At least 1 year of past experience in the related field
Good oral and written communication skills (English and Nepali)
Proficiency in operating online/ social media platforms
Proficiency in photo and video editing
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design work
Familiarity with printing processes and requirements for packaging design
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
