The RoleÂ
We actively looking to hire a Communications Specialist in North America, where we are focused on strengthening employee engagement, enhancing internal storytelling, and building a more connected regional culture.Â
What you’ll doÂ
This role supports internal communications, editorial content, and employee engagement initiatives across Coface North America. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong writer who enjoys bringing content and programs to life, executing against established communications strategies and plans in partnership with the Regional Communications Manager. Â
Internal Communications & EditorialÂ
- Draft and publish internal communications across regional and global channels (e.g., regional news articles, leader messaging and internal campaigns)Â
- Support and execute an internal editorial calendar aligned to business priorities Â
- Support development of leader messaging, including announcements, campaigns, and town hall materials Â
- Assist with quarterly communications, including regional results and leadership messaging Â
Employee Engagement & EventsÂ
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including:Â Â
- Town halls (logistics, content, and coordination)Â Â
- Recognition programs Â
- In-office brand and culture initiatives Â
- Coordinate and promote regional and global campaigns Â
- Assist with internal promotion of key initiatives and events Â
- Prepare supporting materials such as Q&A, talking points, and employee-facing content Â
Intranet & Internal PlatformsÂ
- Support the launch and ongoing management of the regional intranet Â
- Ensure content is timely, relevant, and aligned across regions Â
- Help drive adoption and engagement with internal platforms Â
Web Editorial SupportÂ
- Publish and help manage web content across multiple sites, including the development of expert blogs and business solutionsÂ
Coface Cares (Employee Initiatives)Â
- Support planning and promotion of Coface Cares initiatives across North America Â
- Coordinate communications tied to employee, community, and industry-focused activitiesÂ
Â
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferredÂ
- 2–5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field, ideally within a corporate or financial/insurance/credit services environmentÂ
- Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread a variety of content (e.g., internal communications, leadership messaging, articles, campaigns) with strong attention to detailÂ
- Experience supporting editorial calendars and executing communications plans across multiple platforms (intranet, email, web, campaigns, etc.)Â
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesÂ
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, internal events, or corporate programs (e.g., town halls, recognition programs, campaigns)Â
- Familiarity with intranet platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital communication toolsÂ
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadershipÂ
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetÂ
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear, engaging contentÂ
- Experience working in a North America regional or global organization is a plusÂ
- Interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and internal storytellingÂ
