In this role, you will support internal and external communications, help coordinate messaging across departments, prepare professional materials, and ensure information is communicated clearly, accurately, and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, presentations, announcements, and other communication materials.
• Maintain consistent messaging and professional communication standards.
• Support planning and coordination of communication-related projects.
• Review written materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and tone.
• Maintain organized communication records and project documentation.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and assist with resolving communication needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and overall efficiency.
• Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.
