As a Community Liaison You will:   Â
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice servicesÂ
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partnersÂ
- Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brandÂ
- Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)Â
- Use market insights to plan and improve outreach effortsÂ
- Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can helpÂ
- Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality careÂ
- Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learningÂ
- Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on timeÂ
- Follow all healthcare rules and regulationsÂ

Qualifications
- 2+ years health care marketing experienceÂ
- Current and valid state driver's licenseÂ
- Proof of auto insuranceÂ
- Strong interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative softwareÂ
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Ability to work independentlyÂ
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels of the organization and communities that we serveÂ
