Compensation & Benefits Manager

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for implementing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that support our business objectives, attract top talent, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate will partner with the global team and local P&C colleagues to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Management

• Lead annual compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, bonus planning, and market benchmarking.
• Maintain salary structures, job grading frameworks, and compensation policies.
• Conduct compensation analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Partner with business leaders on compensation-related decisions.

Benefits Management

• Manage employee benefits programs including medical insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefits offerings based on employee needs and market trends.
• Liaise with external vendors and brokers to ensure quality service and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor benefits utilization and program effectiveness.

Reward Strategy & Analytics

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership regarding reward programs.
• Develop reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, and reward metrics.
• Support the development of total rewards communication and employee awareness initiatives.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance requirements.
• Maintain compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of P&C experience, including at least 3–5 years in Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary surveys, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits management.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
