About this role
Hutch Paving is currently looking for Concrete finishers to join our team growing team.
Concrete Finishers perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Place, form and finish concrete using floats, trowels and screeds to level concrete.
- Vibrate, level, smooth, and shape surfaces.
- Read, understand and execute specifications of job.
- Set forms to hold concrete to desire pitch and depth.
- Remove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces by operating power grinder or chisel and hammer.
- Patch holes with concrete or epoxy compound.
- Ability to hand finish edges, pipes, drains and other obstacles in flatwork pours.
- Knowledge and ability to operate various machinery related to concrete.
- All Other Duties as Assigned
