Condominiums Janitor / Cleaner
About this role
National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide and we are currently seeking a Full-Time Janitor to join our team in Naperville, IL 60540.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and maintain the common areas of two adjacent 5-story condominium buildings
- Clean areas including the vestibules, lobbies, management offices, restrooms, fitness centers, community rooms, outdoor decks, mail rooms, elevators, and stairwells.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow all safety procedures regarding the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hourly Pay Rate:
$17.50 per hour
(Biweekly Pay)
Requirements:
- Be bilingual (English and Spanish) A +
- Must have two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
- Previous commercial and/or residential cleaning experience is required.
- Background check will be conducted.
- Must be able to start working as soon as August 18th.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
