Job Description

The Construction Project Coordinator is the information engine of the site: based full-time in Mykonos within the owner’s Delivery team, the role feeds the project management platform with site data, documents and registers, consolidates the weekly site reporting, and keeps the administrative backbone of the delivery team running.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed the project management platform (ingenious.build) from site: progress data, documents, registers and records.
• Consolidate the weekly site report for the Delivery Director and the PD office.
• Administer the project registers: risks, decisions, documents, correspondence and drawings.
• Record minutes and actions of the weekly site meeting and the design coordination outputs relevant to site.
• Support permits and licences tracking together with the permits team.
• Maintain the correspondence log with the General Contractor and subcontractors.
• Keep the site progress-photo library and daily records organised per the project filing rules.
• Support health & safety documentation and site access records.

Key Performance Indicators

• PM platform data current — site data entered within 24 hours
• Weekly site report issued complete and on time
• Registers audit-ready at all times
• Site meeting minutes and actions issued within 24 hours

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in site administration or project coordination on construction projects.
• Fluent Greek and good working English.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills; experience with construction management platforms is a plus.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a live construction site environment.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Mykonos.
