Tes missions

Tu contribueras Ă  l’amĂ©lioration de la connaissance client et constitueras une aide Ă  la dĂ©cision des Ă©quipes marketing de nos clients. Tu seras, entre autres, chargĂ©.e des missions suivantes :

  • Analyses de comportements clients,
  • Segmentations,
  • Scoring (churn, appĂ©tence, cross-sell,
),
  • Analyses des performances de campagnes,

  • Dashboarding

Tu rĂ©aliseras des projets de bout en bout, et seras amenĂ©.e Ă  intervenir sur les phases de la prise de brief jusqu’à la restitution des rĂ©sultats et des recommandations marketing auprĂšs des clients.

Ton profil

  • Tu es diplĂŽmĂ©.e d’un Master d’orientation statistique, scientifique ou Ă©conomĂ©trie.
  • Tu justifies d’une premiĂšre expĂ©rience significative dans le domaine du marketing, idĂ©alement dans un environnement Conseil.
  • Tu t’intĂ©resses tout particuliĂšrement Ă  l’application stratĂ©gique et opĂ©rationnelle des donnĂ©es sur la connaissance client et les actions marketing / ventes.
  • Tu possĂšdes des compĂ©tences marketing : capacitĂ© Ă  effectuer des recommandations marketing, calcul d’un ROI, acquisition, fidĂ©lisation et rĂ©tention clients, identification de potentiel, de valeur et de durĂ©e de vie client
  • Tu possĂšdes les compĂ©tences techniques & statistiques suivantes :
    • Analyses descriptives simples et avancĂ©es
    • Analyses prĂ©dictives
    • Construction de scores
    • Mise en place de segmentations opĂ©rationnelles
    • SĂ©ries temporelles,
    • MĂ©thodes de redressement de populations
    • Equations structurelles
    • Expertise dans les langages de programmation statistiques et technos suivantes : Python et/ ou R, SAS, SQL Dataiku, Tableau/Power B
    • Tu t’intĂ©resses Ă©galement aux mĂ©thodologies avancĂ©es type Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Intelligence Artificielle.
  • Tu t’intĂ©resses Ă©galement aux mĂ©thodologies avancĂ©es type Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Intelligence Artificielle.
  • Tu fais preuve d’esprit d’analyse et d’esprit critique, tu es team-player, tu aimes apporter ta pierre Ă  l’édifice et faire partie d’une Ă©quipe, tu sais t’adapter, vulgariser pour faire le pont entre les Ă©quipes techniques et opĂ©rationnelles, tu es curieux et Ă  l’écoute, tu exprimes une forte expertise dans ton domaine et adoptes une rĂ©elle posture conseil.
  • Tu parles anglais couramment (nombreux clients internationaux).
