Nous recherchons un.e conseiller.ère à l'amélioration continue ERP motivé.e et désireux.se d'apprendre, pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle se concentrera sur l'amélioration continue des implémentations ERP de nos clients, y compris le dépannage des problèmes, l'introduction de nouvelles fonctionnalités et l'amélioration des processus et des systèmes.

Le rĂ´le

  • Diagnostiquer et rĂ©soudre rapidement les problèmes du système ERP afin d'en assurer le bon fonctionnement. Identifier des solutions pour contourner les problèmes rĂ©pertoriĂ©s et/ou les problèmes qui font l'objet d'une enquĂŞte ou qui sont en attente de rĂ©solution.
  • Identifier et mettre en Ĺ“uvre de nouvelles fonctionnalitĂ©s et des amĂ©liorations de processus afin d'accroĂ®tre l'efficacitĂ© des systèmes ERP des clients.
  • Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins d’affaires et recommander des amĂ©liorations du système. Fournir des exigences dĂ©taillĂ©es en matière de solutions, des critères d'acceptation, des tests et travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec l'Ă©quipe de dĂ©veloppement pour s'assurer qu'une solution complète est fournie au client.
  • Fournir une formation et un soutien aux clients pour les aider Ă  maximiser l'utilisation de leur système ERP.
  • Maintenir une documentation dĂ©taillĂ©e sur les modifications et les amĂ©liorations apportĂ©es au système. Soutenir l'Ă©quipe de mise en Ĺ“uvre en maintenant des cas de test standard, y compris la première itĂ©ration de crĂ©ation et d'Ă©dition de cas de tests spĂ©cifiques au client.

  • VolontĂ© d'apprendre : Aucune expĂ©rience prĂ©alable avec Business Central n'est requise ; une formation sera dispensĂ©e.

Qualifications souhaitées et considérées comme un atout :

  • Une comprĂ©hension de base des systèmes ERP, de l'analyse des donnĂ©es et du dĂ©pannage.
  • Toute certification pertinente.
  • DiplĂ´me en technologie de l'information, en commerce, en comptabilitĂ© ou dans un domaine connexe est prĂ©fĂ©rable mais pas obligatoire.
  • Une expĂ©rience prĂ©alable dans un rĂ´le d'amĂ©lioration continue ou dans l’industrie.

ERP Continuous Improvement Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn ERP Continuous Improvement Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on the continuous improvement of our clients' ERP implementations, including troubleshooting issues that arise, the introduction of new features, process improvements, and enhancements.

The role:

  • Diagnose and quickly resolve issues within the ERP system to ensure smooth operation. Identify solutions to work around open issues or problems that are under investigation or pending resolution.
  • Identify and implement new features and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend system enhancements. Provide detailed solution requirements, acceptance criteria, test, and work closely with the development team to ensure a comprehensive solution is provided to the client.
  • Provide training and support clients to help them maximize the use of their ERP system.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system changes and improvements. Support implementation team by maintaining standard test cases, including first pass of client specific test case creation and editing.
  • Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Join the implementation team during client’s mock go-live to begin onboarding to the company’s continuous improvement process.

To qualify for this role, you’ll need:

  • Willingness to Learn: No prior experience with Business Central is required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Nice to have:

  • Any relevant certifications.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in relevant industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting or a related field
  • Previous experience in a continuous improvement role.
