Voor het klantcontactcentrum van één van onze klanten zoeken wij een enthousiaste en communicatief sterke customer contact specialist. In deze startersfunctie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor deelnemers met vragen over hun pensioen. Je helpt mensen tijdens belangrijke momenten in hun leven, bijvoorbeeld bij ziekte, arbeidsongeschiktheid of overlijden. Juist daardoor maak je echt impact met jouw werk.
Geen ervaring of kennis van pensioenen? Geen zorgen — dat is niet nodig. Je start namelijk met een volledig verzorgde in-house opleiding, zodat je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid tot specialist.
Deze functie is ideaal voor starters die zich willen ontwikkelen in klantcontact, communicatie en dienstverlening. Je leert omgaan met uiteenlopende situaties, bouwt waardevolle gesprekstechnieken op en doet ervaring op binnen een professionele werkomgeving.

Functie-eisen
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
