We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content that enhances brand visibility and builds meaningful audience engagement across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media trends, and can create compelling content that connects with diverse audiences while supporting marketing and business objectives.

As a Content Creator, you will collaborate with marketing, design, video, and brand teams to conceptualize, produce, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's digital voice by creating content that informs, entertains, and inspires while driving engagement, reach, and community growth. This role offers the opportunity to experiment with new content formats, leverage emerging trends, and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Develop creative concepts for reels, short-form videos, carousels, graphics, stories, blogs, and other digital content formats.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, and social media best practices to develop innovative content ideas.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, scripts, and platform-specific copy that aligns with the brand voice.
• Participate in content shoots, coordinate production activities, and assist with on-camera content whenever required.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
• Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions where applicable.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital communication channels.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Experience creating engaging short-form and long-form digital content across multiple formats.
• Basic knowledge of content production tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative software.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh, audience-focused content ideas.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, performance tracking, and content optimization techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Passion for digital content, emerging social media trends, and continuous learning to create impactful and engaging brand experiences.
