Content Creator Trainee

Summary

We are looking for a Content Creator Trainee to produce written and visual content for SMART’s digital channels.

You will develop content ideas, write captions and scripts, support video production, and adapt content for different audiences. This role suits someone with writing skills, content ideas, and an interest in technology and business.

Demonstrate commitment to the company’s culture, values, and professional standards, and reflect them consistently in all internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas based on marketing goals, campaigns, and audience needs.
• Write Arabic and English captions, scripts, articles, emails, and marketing copy.
• Create content for social media, websites, blogs, presentations, and internal communications.
• Produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Adapt each piece of content to its platform and target audience.
• Research industry topics, audience interests, competitors, and content trends.
• Work with designers, marketing team members, sales teams, and subject-matter experts.
• Review content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
• Support content production for events, product launches, and company announcements.
• Track views, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
• Maintain an organized library of scripts, images, videos, and published content.
• Follow copyright, privacy, and platform guidelines.

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Languages, or a related field.
• Strong Arabic writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Good command of written English.
• Ability to write captions, scripts, articles, and marketing messages.
• Understanding of storytelling, brand voice, and target audiences.
• Ability to turn business or technical information into clear content.
• Basic experience with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Ability to research topics and verify information.
• Ability to manage feedback and meet content deadlines.
• A portfolio or samples of written, visual, or video content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, university activity, freelance work, or personal content project.
• Experience creating Reels, TikTok videos, or short-form scripts.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Photography or mobile videography skills.
• Interest in technology, business, and B2B content.
