The Enablement Content Design Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-impact enablement content that drives real performance in the field. This role blends instructional design, content creation, and modern AI-driven approaches to learning.Â

You will own the creation of engaging, scalable learning experiences including SCORM-based courses, video content, playbooks, and interactive assets. This role ensures our enablement programs are not just informative, but intuitive, engaging, and built for how people actually learn.Â

How will you make an impact?
Instructional Design & Course DevelopmentÂ
- Design and develop structured learning programs using modern instructional design principlesÂ
• Build SCORM-compliant courses for LMS platformsÂ
• Create modular, scalable learning paths aligned to onboarding and everboarding programsÂ
• Apply adult learning theory to ensure content is practical, engaging, and retention-focusedÂ
Content Creation & DesignÂ
- Develop high-quality enablement content including decks, playbooks, guides, and interactive assetsÂ
• Create visually compelling materials aligned to brand and enterprise standardsÂ
• Simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable content for global audiencesÂ
Video & Multimedia ProductionÂ
- Produce and edit video content for training, product updates, and internal communicationsÂ
• Design short-form and long-form video experiences optimized for engagementÂ
• Incorporate motion graphics, voiceover, and storytelling techniques to enhance learningÂ
AI-Driven Content DesignÂ
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and scalabilityÂ
• Design adaptive learning experiences using AI-generated content and simulationsÂ
• Continuously explore new tools and approaches to modernize enablement deliveryÂ
Program Support & CollaborationÂ
- Partner with Sales, Product, Technical Enablement, and Marketing to translate needs into contentÂ
• Support major enablement programs (onboarding, everboarding, certifications) with scalable assetsÂ
• Ensure consistency and quality across all enablement materials globallyÂ
Performance & OptimizationÂ
- Track engagement and effectiveness of content (completion rates, usage, feedback)Â
• Continuously refine content based on data and field inputÂ
• Ensure content drives measurable improvements in readiness and performanceÂ

Required ExperienceÂ
- 5+ years in instructional design, enablement content, or learning experience designÂ
• Experience building SCORM-based courses and working within LMS platformsÂ
• Strong graphic design and content creation skillsÂ
• Experience with video production and editing toolsÂ
• Proven ability to create scalable, high-quality learning experiencesÂ
Preferred ExperienceÂ
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environmentsÂ
• Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similarÂ
• Experience incorporating AI into content creation workflowsÂ
• Background in enablement or GTM-focused organizationsÂ
