About this role
Role OverviewÂ
The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and maintainingÂ
accurate customer content across the Grubtech platform. This includes menus, pricing,Â
images, and configurations to ensure a seamless ordering experience across all integratedÂ
delivery channels.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Create and maintain restaurant menus and content on the Grubtech platformÂ
• Ensure accuracy of:Â
o Menu items, descriptions, modifiers, and pricesÂ
o Availability, taxes, and configurationsÂ
• Manage content updates for:Â
o New customer onboardingÂ
o Menu changes and promotionsÂ
o Seasonal or regional updatesÂ
• Validate content across multiple delivery platforms to ensure consistencyÂ
• Work closely with Onboarding, Activations, Technical Support, and CustomerÂ
Success teams to align content with customer needsÂ
• Follow defined content quality standards and SLAsÂ
• Identify and report content issues that may impact order flow or customerÂ
experienceÂ
• Maintain internal documentation and content guidelinesÂ
• Support high-volume content updates during launches and peak periodsÂ
Required Skills & QualificationsÂ
• 1–3 years of experience in content operations, data entry, or platform supportÂ
• Strong attention to detail and accuracyÂ
• Ability to manage high volumes of content without compromising qualityÂ
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CMS tools, or admin dashboardsÂ
• Strong organizational and time-management skillsÂ
• Clear written communication skills
