Job Description:
The Cook I is responsible for maintaining the standards established by the executive chef. This includes preparation and presentation of food, tasting, and sanitation.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Cutting or peeling fruits and vegetables
- Boiling water for rice or pasta
- Making sure food on the menu is available and prepared
- Seasoning food
The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
