Principais Responsabilidades e Desafios

  • Gestão de Demandas & Plataformas: Analisar briefs e demandas de Martech, definindo escopo, prioridades, critérios de aceite e acompanhamento de prazos.
  • Automações e Integrações: Garantir a consistência técnica, padrão e qualidade das soluções de integração e automação de marketing.
  • Dados & Campanhas: Alinhar fluxos de dados e campanhas com stakeholders internos e externos, garantindo rastreabilidade e tomada de decisão baseada em evidências.
  • Gestão de Pessoas & Capacidade: Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a capacidade e o desempenho da equipe no escopo de Martech.
  • Inovação com IA: Aplicar conceitos avançados de Inteligência Artificial e Engenharia de Prompts para criar eficiência operacional no ecossistema e utilizar a plataforma WPP Open.
  • Gestão de Riscos & Melhoria Contínua: Identificar gargalos, propor ações preventivas/corretivas e manter documentações técnicas sempre atualizadas.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Experiência: Mínimo de 6 anos de experiência na área de tecnologia de marketing, automação e gestão de plataformas.
  • Formação: Graduação concluída em Marketing, Tecnologia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio Técnico:
  • Conhecimento avançado em plataformas de marketing, automação, dados e integrações.
  • Conhecimento prático avançado em Inteligência Artificial, criação de Prompts e uso de agentes para ganho de eficiência.
  • Experiência com governança de dados e acompanhamento de KPIs/Métricas.
  • Soft Skills: Comunicação clara, proatividade, capacidade analítica, organização do tempo e foco em resolução de problemas com uso ético de IA.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação em Gestão, Martech ou Tecnologia.
  • Domínio/navegação na plataforma WPP Open.
  • Inglês e/ou Espanhol fluentes.
