Compañía del sector de nutrición y salud animal buscamos un(a) profesional que lidere las operaciones logísticas relacionadas con almacenamiento, distribución y transporte, garantizando altos niveles de servicio, eficiencia operativa y mejora continua.


Lo que esperamos de ti

  • Liderar la operación logística de almacenamiento, distribución y transporte.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores de servicio (OTIF), inventarios y eficiencia operativa.
  • Coordinar operadores logísticos y transportadores buscando optimizar costos y niveles de servicio.
  • Liderar el equipo de logística promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua, seguridad e inocuidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de calidad, auditorías y requisitos regulatorios.
  • Impulsar proyectos de optimización de procesos logísticos. 


Buscamos personas que tengan:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia liderando operaciones de almacenamiento, distribución y transporte.
  • Experiencia administrando inventarios, operadores logísticos y transporte nacional.
  • Conocimiento en indicadores logísticos, BPM y mejora continua.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos.
