We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As a Corporate Real Estate Business Partner on our Corporate Real Estate Team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating organizational priorities into real estate strategies that drive long-term value. You will partner closely with field and internal teams to shape portfolio decisions, optimize office investments, and guide stakeholders through complex tradeoffs. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of real estate transactions while ensuring strong execution, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
