About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact Country Manager to spearhead Teachmint’s market entry and build a self-sustaining educational ecosystem in the assigned Country. As the primary custodian of our brand in the region, you will be responsible for defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, building a high-performance local team, and transforming how millions of students and educators in the country engage with learning by adopting our AI - powered proprietary solutions.

The Mandate:
  • Identify, vet, and onboard national and state level distributors and resellers and transform them  into strategic partners, ensuring full market coverage across the region.
  • Design and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) roadmap for the entire region. You will identify high-value opportunities in K-12, Higher Ed, and Vocational Training sectors.
  • Act as the primary growth enabler for the partner network, institutionalizing excellence by refining sales narratives and co-leading high-stakes demonstrations to deliver a premium Teachmint experience.
  • Own the full P&L for the region. From lead generation and high-stakes demos to contract negotiation and closing, you will ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded.  

The Experience You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in hardware sales (Interactive Flat Panels, IT Infrastructure, or Networking ). A proven track record in the Education sector is highly preferred.
  • Deep industry knowledge with a high-value professional network across your region’s education ecosystem, including established relationships with Tier-1 distributors, resellers, institutional owners, and University Boards.

  • You are data-obsessed and you use data to forecast accurately, track partner performance, and pivot strategies in real-time.
  • You enjoy meeting all stakeholders and are willing to travel within the assigned region to build and grow your network.
