About the role

We are looking for a Creative Talent & Community Partnerships Lead to build relationships with creative professionals and communities and help us attract exceptional talent across content, production, and storytelling.

You will own creative talent sourcing, community partnerships, and recruiting events for roles such as content creators, on-camera talent, animators, screenwriters, directors, editors, and other creative specialists.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with creative communities, studios, agencies, schools, creators, and industry partners.

• Source creative talent across content creation, animation, writing, production, and on-camera roles.

• Develop talent networks and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Promote open creative roles through relevant communities, newsletters, events, and social channels.

• Plan and support creative recruiting events, portfolio reviews, meetups, and partnerships.

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles and sourcing strategies.

• Screen candidates and portfolios for relevance, quality, and alignment with the role.

• Maintain accurate talent databases, partnership records, and recruiting documentation.

• Track the performance of sourcing channels, partnerships, and community initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative recruiting, talent partnerships, community, casting, production, or creator relations.

• Strong understanding of creative roles and the ability to assess relevant portfolios and experience.

• Experience building relationships with creative professionals, communities, agencies, or studios.

• Strong sourcing, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple talent searches and partnerships at the same time.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Excellent written and verbal Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring content creators, animators, screenwriters, directors, editors, or on-camera talent.

• Existing relationships across creative, media, entertainment, advertising, or creator communities.

• Experience with AI-generated content, video production, gaming, film, or social media.

• Experience organizing creative events, portfolio reviews, or industry partnerships.

Success in 6 months

• Build strong pipelines for priority creative roles.

• Establish relationships with relevant creative communities, studios, and talent partners.

• Create repeatable sourcing strategies for different creative profiles.

• Launch a consistent calendar of creative talent and community initiatives.

• Improve the quality and speed of creative hiring.

• Become a trusted partner to creative and hiring teams.

This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
