Credit Risk & Policy Analyst| Mumbai

The role is responsible for preparing and issuing credit risk vetting report for large and mid corporate proposals, including project finance/real estate proposals within allowed TAT to enable business and processing team to put up loan proposals for sanction. The role is also responsible for providing key policy inputs and proposing policy changes for the loan policy, in line with evolving regulatory and business requirements
 

• Analyze financial statements and credit proposals for new, modified, and refinancing requests.
• Validate Internal Credit Risk Ratings in line with CRM policy.
• Prepare risk-vetting reports and submit recommendations to Lead Credit Risk/Head Credit Risk.
• Review rating outlooks of high-value borrowers and highlight key risks in proposals.
• Support enhancement of credit risk models and rating accuracy.
• Stay updated on lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop financial models and spreadsheets for credit assessment.
• Review and revise loan policies using portfolio analysis and evolving business/regulatory needs.
• Assess credit risks in new and existing products and provide inputs to the Product Evaluation Committee.
• Compute periodic RAROC and update the RAROC framework as required.
   

Experience: 12 to 14 years

Qualifications: Graduate (Any)/MBA preferred
