● Customer Engagement: Liaise directly with key strategic customers regarding high-profile security, crime, or fraud matters that impact their business with DPD, providing expert advice and reassurance.

● Legal Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of UK criminal and civil law, specifically relating to fraud, theft, immigration, and data protection (e.g., PACE, Fraud Act 2006, Theft Act 1968, GDPR).
● Investigative Skills: Demonstrable experience in building evidential packages, taking statements, conducting investigative interviews, and presenting evidence in court.
● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex investigative findings clearly to both internal leadership and external agencies.
● Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the credibility to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, senior management, and high-value customers.
