About the team

The Kinaxis training and enablement team creates engaging, high-impact learning experiences that help customers realize maximum value from Kinaxis solutions. We also equip partners and internal teams with the knowledge and skills needed to drive customer success and product adoption.

As a Curriculum Developer on this team, you will design and develop training and enablement content that simplify complex supply chain concepts and help learners build expertise on Kinaxis solutions. Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, across different regions, including North America, you will create innovative, high-quality learning content, hands-on labs, assessments, and certification materials that support our global learning strategy

What you will do

  • Analyze learner roles, training needs, and workflows to define learning objectives and appropriate training solutions.
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences and supporting assets, including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), performance support tools, hands-on labs, assessments, and certification questions – that align with learning objectives and real-world product workflows.
  • Collaborate with product experts, instructors, and other stakeholders across business units to gather information, validate technical content, and incorporate feedback.
  • Apply instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA to design and develop training.
  • Manage and own curriculum development projects, including schedules, quality, standards, deliverables, dependencies, stakeholder reviews, and progress reporting.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning content, from publishing and maintenance through continuous improvement, ensuring content remains consistent, current, and aligned with learner feedback, business priorities, and product updates.
  • Utilize emerging learning tools and technologies, AI-enabled content development practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance development process and learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with other curriculum developers by sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback and informal guidance when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma or comparable experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in developing curriculum, technical training, learning content, or courseware
  • Experience in designing learning solutions – e-learning, instructor-led, hands-on labs, technical simulations, assessments – for enterprise software or technology products
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience in designing and developing objective- and outcome-driven curriculum and assessments, and technical writing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Project management skills (planning, tracking, and coordinating deliverables) and proven ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively across global teams and meeting quality and timeline expectations
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong interest and ability to adopt AI tools in day-to-day work; experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted content development is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing e-learning using modern authoring tools such as, Rise 360, Camtasia, Docebo or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS products is an advantage
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro is a strong plus
