Wij zoeken een Sales Intelligence Analyst die het Belgische Sales-team ondersteunt en processen slimmer maakt. Je helpt collega's om digitale tools, data en AI optimaal te benutten en zo succesvoller en efficiënter te werken.
Wat ga je doen?
- Analyseren hoe salesprocessen voor de Belgische markt slimmer en efficiënter kunnen.
- Ondersteunen van het Sales-team Belgium bij klant- en commerciële processen.
- Nieuwe digitale oplossingen en AI-tools implementeren en collega's helpen deze optimaal te gebruiken.
- Data en klantinformatie vertalen naar concrete inzichten en acties.
- Samenwerken met Sales, Marketing, Finance en Customer Service om processen continu te verbeteren.
- Ondersteunen in de dagelijkse salesorganisatie terwijl we steeds verder automatiseren.
- Jezelf ontwikkelen richting bijvoorbeeld Sales, Marketing, Finance of IT.
Wie ben jij?
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Frans is een pré, gezien de focus op de Belgische markt.
- Je hebt een IT-achtergrond of sterke affiniteit met digitale tools, data en AI.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, leert snel en krijgt energie van verandering.
- Je vindt het leuk om processen slimmer te maken en problemen op te lossen.
- Je bent veerkrachtig en weet anderen mee te krijgen in verandering.
- Je werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en stakeholders.
